If you are unsatisfied with the product in any way we do accept returns under the following guidelines:

  • All returns will need to be authorized by BC Kitchen & Bath prior to return shipment. For authorization please send an email request to support@bckitchenbath.com.
  • Returns must be received by BC Kitchen & Bath within 30 days from date of purchase.
  • A 25% restocking charge as well as round trip freight charges will be incurred. All items must be in original carton and unused.
  • The customer is responsible for setting up all return shipments.
  • Any returned product, which is deemed un-sellable, would not receive credit.
  • Returns cannot be made after product has been assembled or installed by the customer.
  • BC Kitchen & Bath will not process any returns if the product returned is missing or incomplete from the original shipment.

  

Mistake Order

If there is a mistake with your order please send an email to support@bckitchenbath.com that includes your order number, buyer's name, shipping address and a brief description of the mistake. We will respond with a confirmation email and we will proceed to remedy the error as soon as possible.

 

Damaged Order

If there is any damage upon delivery notify the delivery driver of the damage and request that he/she makes a note of the damage on the bill of lading. The customer is responsible for inspecting the shipping container and contents for damage upon arrival. All claims must be made against the shipper.

A damage claim with BC Kitchen & Bath will need to be filed before replacements will be shipped. To file a damage claim please contact us via email at support@bckitchenbath.com. Please include your order number, buyer's name, shipping address and a brief description of damage. Also include the item numbers and the parts needing replaced.

Any customer calling in for a replacement item will need to provide the department with pictures of the damaged item. Upon receipt of the damage claim email we will send a confirmation email and then proceed to ship replacements as soon as possible. Expedited shipping service is not available for replacements and/or parts.
